Ho, Ho, Ho, and So, So, Sober for the Holidays!
Going through the Holidays and attending parties without liquid spirits can be a fearful event for many, especially in our first year of sobriety. Crossroads is again hosting a meeting on this very subject! Three speakers who’ve had many holiday seasons in sobriety will share their experience, strength and hope for 15 minutes each, and offer suggestions to maintain sobriety and joy through the holidays. We can have an all-round ball in recovery ……”We are not a glum lot!”
Potluck Meeting – Open to all
Living Sober Book – Crossroads will be donating 3 copies of Living Sober. Members in their first year of sobriety will receive a ballot for a raffle. Donations of this book or any AA approved literature from other groups for the raffle are welcome and appreciated.
Join us before the meeting for a potluck. Snacks and Christmas baking appreciated.
Proceeds of the 7th tradition will be donated to the Alkathon.
Wishing all a safe and sober Holiday!
